We are so excited to be working with a rapidly growing Fin-Tech company to recruit 3 x new customer service officers.

They have recently secured investment and as a result, are continuing to expand their team.

This role will prove to be a real learning curve in the financial services space, offering great routes for progression and opportunities to specialise.

Day to day includes:

  • Dealing with customers queries and complaints, as well as dealing with customers emails to help make the process run smoothly
  • Helping customers come to an arrangement where necessary to resolve any issues
  • Answering phone calls from customers and third parties
  • Maintaining database with customer details and requirements
  • Dealing with complaints where possible to come to a resolution
  • Taking payments over the phone

What you need to bring:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Chatty personality with the ability to rapidly build relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Grade C or above in Maths
  • Winning, can-do attitude
  • An interest in finance is desirable, but will really help!

The important bits:

This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours per week - shifts between Mon-Sunday 8am-10pm - you must be prepared to be fully flexible
