My client, a well renowned industry association representing members in the manufacturing sector, are looking for a Senior Communications Manager to join their accomplished team based in central London.

The successful candidate will:

  • Create and publish high-quality and engaging content for a variety of audiences, including national media, senior stakeholders and partner organisations
  • Line manage and coach other members of the team, taking responsibility for day to day to day management of media operations to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
  • Devise and execute a strategic communications plan to support and promote the organisation’s public affairs work
  • Work across both internal and external communications functions to engage staff and increase the organisation’s reputation

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrable experience of producing high quality copy
  • A creative mindset with the ability to turn technical information into interesting narrative
  • Able to work under pressure and manage workloads and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
