You can see the candidates behind your shortlist and decide who to bring forward based on more than just their CV. Accessed via a private link, you can view your shortlist at your convenience on any internet-enabled device. Each shortlist consists typically of five videos at 20 minutes each, meaning you’ll complete your first-round interviews in under two hours! Each interview is concise and informative, you can even skip between questions using tagged shortcuts! From there, you can choose who to meet in person, knowing that all are fully committed to the opportunity.
