Murray receives a makeover!
As we’ve expanded both our global services and the sectors we operate in, we’ve redefined the Murray brand with four new dedicated Murray practices designed to ensure our clients and candidates have continued access to the expert knowledge and resource teams they need.
Those of you who have been regular visitors to our blog will notice a lot has changed on the Murray McIntosh website. As we’ve expanded both our global services and the sectors we operate in, we’ve redefined the Murray brand with four new dedicated Murray practices designed to ensure our clients and candidates have continued access to the expert knowledge and resource teams they need.
Having launched the business back in 2015 with a clear focus on being consultative partners, we have gone from strength to strength, welcoming new experts into the fold and expanding our remit. We’ve also invested in driving best standards across the recruitment industry. In fact, we are proud to have been one of just three recruitment agencies to build and invest in an accredited training platform linked to the Institute of Recruiters (IOR).
Throughout the last few years our focus has remained on our people and developing their skills and experience to ensure they deliver the solutions that the Murray brand has come to be known for. We have empowered our people to challenge the norm and become trusted partners of our clients and candidates, something we truly believe has accelerated our success.
Expanding our support
Historically we’ve been known for our Engineering and Policy staffing solutions, but as our partnerships with clients grew, we continuously delivered more than results and expanded our expertise. As we’ve seen the tech remit grow in engineering, we’ve supported the evolving needs of our clients – including tapping into the tech talent across California’s San Francisco Bay. As demand for our solutions has grown, we have given the Murray brand a refresh that goes beyond new logos and websites – we’ve also split our services into newly defined practices.
The four “By Murray” brands are:
- Policy by Murray: Supporting the hiring of policy, strategic communications, public affairs and economic professionals across businesses, trade association and regulators.
- Technical Talent by Murray: Delivering the technical talent for visionary organisations across a range of sectors for Silicon Valley.
- Water by Murray: Providing all the staffing solutions needed for each AMP cycle across the national water industry, including Water Frameworks, Tier Providers and Suppliers.
- Engineering by Murray: Sourcing the Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Control, Automation and Embedded Software Engineering staff employers need on a contract and permanent basis.
Each has not only its own dedicated team of recruitment experts, but also its own site with industry-specific news, insight and jobs.
So, what does this mean for all of our current and future clients and candidates? Ultimately, you will continue to receive the first-class consultative solutions that we are known for. Except now we will have dedicated resources for each of the four individual divisions.
Underpinning this new look brand is our tech stack. As a business we continue to invest in ground-breaking technology that helps us deliver the best possible recruitment journey for candidates and hiring managers. Recruitment is all about the people, but we know that the right tools can elevate the staffing solutions we provide. Our tech stack enables us to access the most widely used search and selection sites including those unique to each of the four Murray brands.
Our team of experts also continues to grow and we are always on the lookout for new individuals with the passion and drive to excel at what they do.
