The Challenge

A tier 1 provider, invited us to help resolve a few of their main hiring issues:

  • Excessive and irrelevant CV submissions from too many agency suppliers
  • Time management and scheduling

The Solution

Taking a consultative approach, we met and spoke with all relevant stakeholders, revised job specifications, provided market and competitor insight, ran a benchmarking process on water engineer rates, packages, and benefits, refined the submission process, adapted the interview stages and managed the offer and onboarding process to reduce drop-out ratios. The changes made became uniform across the range of projects we supported.

The Result

We have reduced time to hire, on average by 6 weeks, and significantly reduced the amount of time previously invested by hiring managers, ensuring the time that they do give is valuable and impactful.

We have reached a ration of 1.6 for CVs submitted to interview requests and have successfully placed +40 industry specialists to specific roles over a 6 month period.
