My client are a pioneering electronics scale up dedicated to crafting cutting-edge solutions that make life smarter and more sustainable. As they gear up for growth, they're searching for a Corporate Communications Manager to be the voice of transformation, establishing and leading the team.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the image and perception of this forward-thinking, tech-savvy scale up. Your mission is to captivate audiences, ignite excitement, you'll need to be a strategic thinker with a flair for storytelling, a passion for technology, and an innate ability to create connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy to elevate the brand, increase market visibility, and build corporate reputation.
  • Craft compelling narratives, press releases, and content that convey our vision, innovations, and industry leadership.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with media outlets, securing strategic coverage and influencing narratives.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to harness internal expertise and external resources, driving the communication strategy forward.
  • Measure and analyse the impact of communication efforts to refine strategies for maximum effect.

Qualifications:

  • A demonstrable record of effective communications campaigns. Ideally in energy, engineering, automotive or similar
  • Deep-seated enthusiasm for technology and a penchant for transforming technical jargon into engaging, accessible stories
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a natural talent for captivating audiences
  • Proven track record in cultivating and managing media relationships, securing media coverage, and positioning brands effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A proactive, creative spirit and a knack for generating excitement about brand and innovation
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
