Specialist UK control systems recruitment agency
We connect organisations with control systems engineers for permanent and contract roles in defence, marine, manufacturing, and MedTech. Candidates we work with have expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, motion control, industrial automation, PID tuning, and control loop optimisation. Whether you’re delivering automated production lines, marine propulsion systems, medical instrumentation, or defence control platforms, we ensure you can access engineers with the right technical knowledge.
Our network includes engineers proficient in software and hardware tools such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink, and ABB Control Systems. They also understand relevant standards and safety protocols, and safety integrity levels (SIL), ensuring their knowledge aligns with operational and compliance needs.
Every recruitment process is designed around your project and team. By collaborating with hiring managers, we connect you with engineers whose control systems expertise, programming skills, and understanding of operational constraints allows them to contribute immediately to both contract and permanent roles.
