Teo joined us in 2016 and now heads up our electrical engineering division. Using his previous technical background and his successful track record in the sales industry, Teo has built an enviable portfolio of high tech clients in the south of England.
As a result of his success, Murray McIntosh has built up an experienced team that specialises in the EC&I market and work with some of the most exciting and leading-edge technology in the market across a variety of sectors. What motivates Teo is finding hard to find candidates and placing them in businesses where they will be challenged and will add genuine value to the end client.
Lauren began her career in Marketing and Communications before finding recruitment and specialising in Policy and Public Affairs. Joining Murray McIntosh as a Consultant, Lauren successfully grew the function, expanding the network and forging a name in a niche and well dominated space. Winning business with a consultative approach and identifying top talent via a thoroughly search based methodology, success spoke for itself; Lauren now leads the team, instilling this consultative ethos. Growing with the company has afforded her a true appreciation of the need for a consultancy which can genuinely add value to an organisation’s hiring process.
Now focusing on senior appointments, she continues to broaden the scope of the team, working across sectors from Health, Energy and Financial Services to Retail and Education.?
Paul joined Murray McIntosh as a Senior Consultant in November 2014 and is now Associate Director for Engineering.
He now looks after the growing Engineering team, which is tasked with working the commercial engineering market and expanding Murray McIntosh’s reach.
