About us

The Murray McIntosh Approach

Murray McIntosh is a specialist recruitment consultancy delivering research-led search and selection at executive and mid-management levels. Founded in 2015, the business was established to provide a more rigorous and informed approach to recruitment, one based on market understanding rather than volume-driven methods.

We operate within niche, regulated and technically demanding sectors. Our consultants develop specialist networks through continuous market research, direct engagement with industry professionals, and participation in sector-specific conferences and forums in the UK and internationally. This enables us to identify and engage talent that is not accessible through standard recruitment channels.

Our recruitment process is structured and consultative. We work closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives, operating environment and resourcing requirements, then deliver candidates who are technically competent and commercially effective.

Murray McIntosh recruits on both a permanent and contract basis, supporting organisations from high-growth SMEs to multinational businesses. We are members of APSCo and FCSA approved, reflecting our commitment to compliance, governance and professional standards.

Our mission is simple: to deliver recruitment that is efficient, agile and reliable for every organisation and professional we work with.
