Hire mechanical engineers in the UK

We recruit mechanical engineers for defence, marine, manufacturing, and MedTech, covering both permanent and contract roles. Our candidates have experience in mechanical design, thermal analysis, stress analysis, materials selection, HVAC systems, and manufacturing processes. Whether the project involves marine propulsion systems, defence machinery, automated manufacturing equipment, or precision medical devices, we connect you with engineers who understand both the design and practical implementation of mechanical systems.

We work with engineers proficient in SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, AutoCAD, ANSYS, and CFD tools, with knowledge of standards such as ASME, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485. This ensures the engineers we present have the technical expertise to design and optimise systems that meet regulatory and operational requirements.

Every search is customised to your technical needs, team, and project goals. By working closely with hiring managers, we identify engineers whose mechanical knowledge, software skills, and sector-specific experience allow them to contribute effectively from day one.
