CropLife UK, the trade association for the UK's crop protection and biopesticides sector, needed to build a Policy function that didn't exist yet, starting with its first ever Head of Policy. Murray McIntosh ran a candidate-first search built around CropLife's own process, and the relationship has since grown into an ongoing retained partnership across Policy, Regulation and Communications hires.
