Goring & Streatley train station is just 15 minutes from Reading or Didcot. We also have onsite parking.
The role
We are hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our growing teams. This role is designed for someone at the start of their recruitment career who is keen to learn, develop commercial skills and build long‑term expertise within a specialist market.
You will receive structured training, close support from experienced consultants and clear progression based on performance.
What you will be doing
- Supporting consultants with candidate sourcing and market mapping
- Learning how to manage recruitment processes end to end
- Building candidate relationships through calls, meetings and networking
- Supporting client delivery and developing commercial awareness
- Developing knowledge of your specialist market over time
About you
- Ambitious, curious and motivated to build a career in recruitment
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment
- No recruitment experience required, but sales, customer‑facing or commercial experience is beneficial

Engineering
Recruiting across disciplines from mechanical and electrical through to design and systems engineering. We work with defence, aerospace, manufacturing, science and research industries, supporting permanent and contract hiring at all levels.
Water
Partnering with water companies, consultancies and framework partners across clean and wastewater, infrastructure, environmental and capital programmes, with a strong contractor focus and long‑term client relationships.
