The Challenge
The team at Harland & Wolff reached out to Engineering by Murray with a niche requirement for an EMC Systems Engineer. The successful candidate needed to work on a critical project verifying EMC compliance against the TEMPEST regulations for a project being delivered for the MOD.
H&W had exhausted their preferred suppliers list without a successful hire, which resulted in them seeking specialist recruitment support.
